Grower OS — iOS Install Guide

Option A — Safari "Add to Home Screen" (recommended)

This is the fastest way and works on every iPhone and iPad.

Open Safari and visit progressive-farmer.vercel.app

Tap the Share button (square with up-arrow, at the bottom centre)

Scroll and tap Add to Home Screen

Tap Add in the top-right corner

Find the Grower OS icon on your home screen. Tap to launch full-screen.

Open in Safari →

Option B — Install the .mobileconfig profile

Gives you the same home-screen icon with one tap instead of five. Requires confirming an "unsigned profile" warning — that's expected.

Download GrowerOS-iOS.mobileconfig from this ZIP

Open it on the iPhone — Safari will hand it to the Settings app

Go to Settings → General → VPN & Device Management → Downloaded Profile

Tap Install in the top-right, confirm the "unsigned" warning, enter your passcode

The Grower OS icon appears on your home screen

Why does iOS say "Unsigned"? INTERACT Group hasn't enrolled in the Apple Developer Program yet, so profiles aren't code-signed with an Apple certificate. The profile is still safe — it only adds a home-screen icon and collects no personal data. You can remove it any time from Settings → General → VPN & Device Management.

Troubleshooting

Can't find "Add to Home Screen"? Make sure you're in Safari, not Chrome or Firefox. Safari is the only iOS browser that can install PWAs.

Icon looks like a screenshot? Refresh the page before adding — the manifest icon takes effect after one full page load.

Works offline but not online? Pull to refresh or force-close and reopen. The service worker will reconnect.
